Are you looking to calm your mind and relieve stress?
My Monday night online session is designed to leave you feeling deeply relaxed.
There are many benefits to taking time out for yourself. Relaxation techniques are known to slow our heart and breathing rate, which reduces the activity of stress chemicals. It can also lower blood pressure and is even used to reduce muscle tension and pain.
During the session you can expect to be taken through a calming guided visualization and muscle relaxation. Some sessions may incorporate various breathing techniques.
Simply choose a date, login and enjoy some time for yourself.
Once booked, I'll provide you with an e-mail on the day of the class. To join the meeting, click on the link in the e-mail and download Zoom if you don't already have it. Please note you do not need a Zoom account as you'll be logging onto my account.
The virtual doors open at 8.25pm with a 8.30pm start time.
Are you suffering with Epilepsy or Psychosis or currently using medication to treat these conditions?
Thank you for your interest in the session, however, without supervision, I would not recommend the session as it may make your condition worse.
