Online sessions are available during the following times:
- Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9am – 2pm
- Tuesday & Thursday 9am to 9pm
- Sunday 7.30pm – 9.30pm
I also hold a weekly online relaxation session every Monday 8.30pm to 9pm.
