Online sessions are available during the following times:

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9am – 2pm
  • Tuesday & Thursday 9am to 9pm
  • Sunday 7.30pm – 9.30pm

I also hold a weekly online relaxation session every Monday 8.30pm to 9pm.
